As a Sales Specialist in our furniture retail organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.

1. Sales and Customer Service:

Actively engage with customers to understand their furniture needs.
Provide product information, answer queries, and assist in product selection.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

3. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the features and benefits of furniture products.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on available options.

4. Showroom Presentation:

Ensure that the furniture showroom is well-presented and organized.
Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing displays.

5. Order Processing:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.

6. Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Provide regular sales reports to the Branch Manager.

SPM/ Certificate / Diploma / Degree in business or related field.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture industry is added as advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to travel for training, events, and occasional branch support.
Computer literacy.
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
Willingness to commute between Taiping, Ipoh, Bukit Mertajam, Bukit Tengah and Teluk Intan branches.
