FreakOut Malaysia is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue on the mobile advertising solutions for native display, video, rich media and social to be placed on the FreakOut platform and spread throughout our growing premium publishers network.

Keeping in mind our mission, “Give People Work That Requires A Person.” and vision of ,”Ecosystem Designer”, FreakOut’s goal is to deliver unique solutions that enable brand advertisers and publishers to succeed in their digital marketing initiatives.

The Sales Executive will be expected to have a good networking in the ad industry and able identify, engage and excel in mobile campaigns planning strategy with agencies and clients. This position will be directly reporting to Regional Sales Director - MY & SG.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Actively seek out prospects, potential clients and pursue sales opportunities through research, calls, meetings and networking.

2. Build and establish rapport with clients and understand their concerns and needs in digital media advertising.

3. Hold presentations to introduce FreakOut products and solutions and prepare proposal/quotation that applies to the client.

4. Key point of contact to handle clients’ queries, offer advice/solutions, negotiate and manage clients’ campaign expectations.

5. Work closely with Regional Sales Director - MY & SG & Regional Director to set sales goals and develop sales strategies that contribute to the company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

6. Interact and collaborate with internal team members to ensure clients’ campaigns are effectively implemented, optimized and delivered to expectations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum with 1 to 2 years working experience in digital media sales position across all agencies and direct clients in Malaysia only.

2. Diploma or higher. Preferably in Business Administrative, Marketing, or related field.

3. Experience in structuring and negotiating to close deals.

4. Experience independently building, pursuing and closing a large pipeline of leads.

5. Technologically Savvy – ability to learn what is needed to support campaign’s successful implementation and optimization.

6. Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt and develop.

7. Ability to communicate and write fluently in English - additional languages would be an advantage.
