  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Own It

  • Assist Head of Department in the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) program for Pos Malaysia Group.
  • Assist Head of Department in ensuring all significant risks to Pos Malaysia Group have been identified and necessary internal controls are in place to manage the risks in compliance with best practice namely Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance to protect shareholders’ interest.
  • Plan and prepare risk management report for the Risk, Sustainability & Compliance Committee (RSCC), Board Risk, Sustainability & Compliance Committee (BRSCC) and DRB-HICOM on timely and accurate manner.

Build Trust:

  • Plan and conduct ERM engagement within Pos Malaysia Group on periodic basis as to ensure the risk profiles remain up-to-date and relevant with the current strategy of the company in view of dynamic nature of risks.
  • Plan and conduct BCM engagement within Pos Malaysia Group on periodic basis to ensure the business continuity plans remain up-to-date and relevant with the current environment of business / operations.

One Team

  • Challenge the robustness of risk action plans and track its implementation particularly for all key risks of Pos Malaysia Group to ensure the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide independent review on initiatives, documents, policies & procedures within Pos Malaysia Group to reflect inputs from ERM and BCM perspectives.

Move Fast

  • Plan and conduct continuous ERM and BCM education and awareness via meetings, briefings, and workshops to enhance ERM and BCM aware culture in Pos Malaysia Group.

Delight Customers

  • Act as a reference person and ERM and BCM representative for meetings within Pos Malaysia Group.

Drive Innovation

  • Produce monthly reports/data/analysis and attend to any ad hoc duties as required.
  • Propose best solutions to business based on their business requirements for risk mitigation.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or related role.
  • Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.
  • Thorough understanding of the postal services, logistic, aviation, financial or legal regulatory requirements.
  • Critical thinking and analysis with strong attention to detail.
  • Significant experience managing engagements with multiple stakeholders.
