foothold in APAC. As the company is going through some expansion, they are looking for a

Influencer Marketing Manager for APAC. This is a regional role based in Malaysia.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our

team in the digital media industry. In this role, you will lead the development and execution

of influencer marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence, engage audiences, and

drive measurable results. You will collaborate with a diverse range of influencers and

content creators, harnessing their reach and authenticity to enhance our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative influencer marketing

strategies tailored to the digital media landscape, ensuring alignment with brand

goals and target audience.

  • Influencer Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with influencers

across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts) to

effectively amplify our message.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing

campaigns, overseeing all aspects from concept to launch and post-campaign

analysis.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with influencers to create compelling, high-quality

content that resonates with audiences and aligns with brand values.

  • Performance Measurement: Analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics

and analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage the influencer marketing budget, negotiating contracts

and compensation to ensure effective allocation of resources.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and

competitor activities to identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships and

innovative campaign ideas.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including content

creation, social media, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and

branding.

  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with

influencers, talent managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure ongoing

collaboration and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media

management, preferably within the digital media industry.

  • Proven success in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns with

measurable outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand advocacy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and

deadlines effectively.
