You support our team as

CAD Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Produce 3D CAD Models (Solidworks).
  • Produce Technical Drawings from 3D Models (Solidworks).
  • Produce Technical Manuals FAT, EFAT and OIM.
  • Create Bill of Materials (Company MRP system).
  • Creation of part numbers to ensure all technical requirements are met (Company MRP system).
  • Use company standard procedures (ECN's etc.).
  • Assist with mechanical designs to customer requirements/specifications.
  • Release signed drawings onto system and distribute to project team and generate document transmittal.
  • Contributes to the development of the innovative products and processes
  • Participate in design reviews.
  • Provide ongoing support for current engineering projects for Engineering globally.
  • Check part number/description is same on drawing and Company MRP system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years general engineering experience.
  • Preferably qualified to Diploma or better in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience with 3D CAD preferably Solidworks.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in upstream Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage.
  • Able to work additional hours or weekends (where necessary).
