Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Machinery Technician to join our team for immediate employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our fleet, which includes forklifts, cranes, trucks, and trailers. You will play a critical role in ensuring our machinery operates efficiently and safely, and you will receive extensive training in Germany on our specialized European-imported equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy machinery, including forklifts, cranes, trailers, and trucks.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal condition and adheres to safety standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out timely repairs.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Work closely with the operations team to prioritize equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in training programs, including extensive training in Germany, to acquire knowledge of specialized equipment from European manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols in all maintenance activities.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of forklifts, trucks, trailers, cranes, and other heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues effectively and efficiently.
• Prior experience working with European-imported machinery is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to undergo extensive training in Germany to expand technical expertise.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
