Job Responsibility
- To execute staff recruitment and hiring activities such as placing job posting advertisement.
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
- Proactively source for new recruitment consultants.
- Liaise and manage recruitment agencies.
- Liaise with relevant authorities on matters pertaining to human resource matters.
- Asist in managing and processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner and ensure payroll is in compliance to company policy, legal/statutory/labor law requirements.
- Assist in handling all statutory payments such as income tax, EPF, SOCSO,EIS and etc.
- Keep good track of all payroll and statutory reports.
- Assist in the development and establishment of proper HR system.
- All HR administration including leave management, medical claim, insurance related matters and staff movement recording.
- Provide general office administration support as and when required.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
- Candidate must have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in human resources.
- Possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of Labour Laws.
- Familiar with Payroll Software.
- Excellent organization skills. Ability to work on tight deadline.
- Sound decision making skills9. Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- Able to mentor and lead.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Dynamic and tactful personality with positive work attitude
