As an IT Digital Workplace Sr. Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the digital environment within our organization. You will focus on optimizing digital tools, platforms, and processes to enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing digital workplace solutions, providing technical support, and driving initiatives to improve user experience and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Digital Workplace Management:

  • Evaluate, support, and manage digital workplace solutions such as collaboration tools, communication platforms, and productivity software.
  • Customize and configure digital tools to meet the specific needs and preferences of different departments and user groups.
  • Ensure seamless integration between various digital workplace applications and systems.


Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees encountering issues with digital workplace tools and applications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving digital workplace-related inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to address and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.


User Training and Adoption:

  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to promote effective use of digital workplace tools and features.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and encourage adoption of new digital technologies.
  • Monitor user adoption metrics and identify opportunities for improvement or additional training initiatives.


Documentation and Knowledge Management:

  • Maintain documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles to support users in accessing and utilizing digital workplace resources.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for digital workplace applications and systems.
  • Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT support, digital workplace management, or a similar role.
  • Strong technical proficiency with digital workplace tools and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Forms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Experience in providing user training and support for digital tools and applications.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in automation projects with Power Automate will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in managing EUC technology.
  • Familiar with ITIL processes and experience in NOVA.
