Job Description :

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner and accurately via phone, email or
  • chat.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Identifying and escalating issues that require additional attention.
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide solutions for customers.
  • Share feature requests and effective work arounds with the team members.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams, contributing to product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Skills/Qualifications :

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar customer service role.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer needs and challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Bsc in Information Technology or relevant diploma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
