- Compile, review, and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries necessary to consolidate domestic subsidiary results in accordance with MFRS.
- Provide support to external auditors during interim reviews and audits by coordinating audit requests, managing the flow of information and documentation, and preparing various materials.
- Guide the accounts team to ensure all deadlines and daily tasks are completed.
- Perform jobs assigned by superiors from time to time.
- Must possess at least a Degree in Accounting/Finance or any Professional Certificate (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.).
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive experience in handling full set accounts.
- Strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines and good organizational skills.
- Experience needed: 3 years in audit and experience in managing teams.
