Conduct regular stock counts to verify the accuracy of inventory levels.
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure the availability of packaging items and dry ingredients.
Update inventory records and report discrepancies to the Retail manager.
Pick and pack orders according to the daily dispatch schedule.
Ensure all packaging items and dry ingredients are packed according to company standards.
Coordinate with the logistics’ team for the timely dispatch of goods.
Supervise the unloading of incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders.
Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space and improve operational
Inspect packaging items and dry ingredients for defects or damage.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards before dispatch.

Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Team
Knowledge in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
