Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of materials using techniques such as microscopy, spectroscopy and chromatography.
Conduct or supervise laboratory testing and analysis (SEM/EDX, IC, RoHS, FTIR,) to ensure high-quality products.
Generate best-in-class report, strong attention to details and consistently drive for excellence.
Collaboration on RoHS testing and analysis of raw material to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Engage with QA, project and manufacturing teams for material characterization, root cause investigation, and problem solving.
Strict adherence to safety standards, including proper chemical handling and waste management. Consistent execution of 5S/6S in the workplace.
Work effectively both independently and in team-based environments, including HQ lab, third-party lab and purchasing team.
Support the execution of SMT-LAB services, involving micro cross section, C-SAM dye and pull test, and solder ability test.
Assist in conducting reliability testing, including thermal cycling, thermal shock, high humidity, vibration, salt spray, and drop tests.
Collaborate with the Research and Development team to innovate new analysis techniques and testing methodologies.

Master's Degree or Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or Material Science.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining chemical lab equipment in a cleanroom environments and manufacturing lines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in LAB or related field
Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Subject matter expert in SEM/EDX, FTIR, ION/GAS Chromatography and the latest industry testing standards.
Strong knowledge and understanding in RoHS testing and analysis.
Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to details.
Strong skills in writing LAB test reports and technical presentations.
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment (local lab and headquarters lab).
Proactive, results- oriented, systematic and consistently adheres to standard procedures and safety standards.
