- Generate calls to potential and existing customers according to the leads listing given by the Leader with the main goal to achieve your sales quota
- Using sales script proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customers rejections.
- To provide financial consultancy services to the customers
- To advise the best suitable bank financial products for the customers
- Offer solutions based on customers’ needs and capabilities
- To attend to customers’ inquiries professionally and deliver good customer service
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Proficient to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English
- Full time position & must generate calls in HQ Office
- Experienced in banking industries are preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales or Tele sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers
- Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette
- Earn basic salary of RM2800 - RM3500 plus commission up to RM20K!
