Social Media and Event Officer

• Evaluate Online Presence: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our current digital footprint to formulate a unified and effective social media strategy.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with writers and designers to create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
• Content Creation and Management: Develop, manage, and publish original, high-quality content across various social media platforms to enhance our brand visibility.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and inform future strategies.
• Campaign Development: Design and implement short-term campaigns aimed at driving growth and increasing engagement.
• Collaboration Proposals: Identify and propose innovative collaboration opportunities to amplify our social media presence.
• Client Engagement: Conduct survey calls with clients to gain insights and better understand their needs and preferences.
• Partner Collaboration: Actively participate in partner meetings and collaborative initiatives to foster strong relationships and drive mutual success.
• Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in social media planning and execution
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, etc
• Excellent analytical skills
• Marketing handling experience in financial sector is a plus
• Excellent oral and written skills in English, BM, Mandarin
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to take initiatives and make quick decisions under pressure
• Creative and possess problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
