The Role:

  • Manage the operations and implementation of Operation and Service Management tools
  • Establish service catalogue for management tools
  • Deliver the services inclusive of underlying platform, and service framework for EUC/Digitalization of Workspace initiatives
  • Deliver the service-oriented architecture for the Desktop instrumentation, bridging the gap between technology and business requirements
  • Drive and deliver continual change to improve End User Experience
  • Plan the delivery in-line with the strategy and aligned to the EUS architecture and ensure the service is deployed as per the agreed design
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and businesses to identify opportunities to improve IT Workplace services
  • Engage with the different technology teams in integrating and implementing the service
  • Focus on stakeholder management, adoption and roll out of EUC initiatives in the organization
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
  • Other responsibilities entailed

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years in End User Computing experience and 2 years in successful implementation of End User Services/ IT Workplace transformation
  • Demonstrated knowledge on remote access/desktop virtualization technologies and experienced in deploying Cloud services, Digital Workspace EUC solutions
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, MS Teams, Configuration Manager, Active Directory, VDI, ServiceNow
  • Documentation skills:
  • Should have good knowledge on technical writing, process flow modeling, visual documentation
  • Should have prior experience in preparing architecture, solution design document
  • Communication skills:
  • Should have exceptional professional communication skills - address meetings and present designs to stakeholders, interpersonal skills.
  • Conduct technical trainings
  • Interact with business executives - at CxO level and articulate IT solutions
  • Self-starter, capable of working without direction and able to deliver technical projects from scratch
  • Sound problem analysis and resolution abilities
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
