  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
  • Address any issues or changes that arise during events promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote events and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details.
  • Prepare regular sales and event reports for management review.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are delivered within budget.

  • Diploma & above (Preferably from Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field background).
  • Have experience in event planning, sales, marketing or a related.
  • Sales/Marketing-oriented mindset with a passion for event planning.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends, as required.
