- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Address any issues or changes that arise during events promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote events and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details.
- Prepare regular sales and event reports for management review.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are delivered within budget.

- Diploma & above (Preferably from Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field background).
- Have experience in event planning, sales, marketing or a related.
- Sales/Marketing-oriented mindset with a passion for event planning.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends, as required.
