Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual Oracle Service sales targets
  • Provide sales management and leadership in the region, both direct and indirectchannels
  • Review sales plan, GTM, and business pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievement
  • Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy is the key.
  • Conduct client presentations, and workshops, and drive pricing and MSA negotiations with the clients.
  • Building and developing market plans for new business development. Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets.
  • Working with marketing and local lead Generation agencies to help develop lead generation campaigns along with target marketing to specific verticals
  • Help Qualify sales opportunities to ensure optimal use of Pre-sales & consulting resources time during the sales cycle and demonstrate leadership throughout the cycle.
  • Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue. Collaborate withthe Partner Management team to cultivate new business growth via the Partnerecosystem. Recruit and Develop indirect Partner Eco-System in the respectiveregions. Also, work with existing Channel & Resell partners in SEA to grow Indirectbusiness.
  • Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face, and capable ofmanaging professional sales presentations including, positioning ERP products

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in IT SalesForce, ERP Software / B2B Application Sales
  • Able to speak Malay and Mandarin
  • Exposure to key industry verticals, especially, in the BFSI , Healthcare , GLC’s in Malaysia
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
  • Self-Driven and motivated
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and work with a team
