- Conduct active sales and marketing for the company, both locally and internationally.
- Respond to phone inquiries and walk-in customers professionally.
- Collaborate with external agents to generate business , prepare necessary documentation and presentations for property sales.
- Stay informed about products in relevant regions and basic knowledge of other areas to provide accurate information to prospects.
- Monitor competitor products and build industry networks for strategic insights.

- Assist the Manager in enhancing product marketability and coordinating new project development.

- Prepare reports, including monthly sales , activity updates and other documentation for management.
- Assist with proposal development, market surveys, competitor analysis, and sales-related materials.
- Support the Manager or Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
- Prepare letters, forms, and documents for presentations and approvals.
- Provide periodic sales updates for all projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SPM/STPM)
- Experience as a real estate agent or in property development
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
- Independent, street-savvy, and results-driven
- Strong product knowledge, prospecting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Capable of handling high-end project sales
