Job Responsibilities
- Standby and create invoices immediately after job completion
- Coordinating of existing jobs and staff on site with schedule arrangement
- Track daily company spending and manage accounting
- Manage and monitor the weekly schedule and ad-hoc job requests
- Handle daily settlement tasks
- Prepare bulk invoices at the end of every month
- Organize and manage daily driver routes
- Solve any emergency issues (clients, staff, vehicles) and address regular client concerns or queries
- Manage cleaners’ leave, off days, medical leave, and unpaid leave
- Close liaison with the General Manager, Storekeeper, and team lead
- Post weekly advertisements and update social media (with GM’s approval)
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with daily office administrative tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Responsible and detail-oriented
