Manager Senior Architect Cybersecurity

ABOUT THE JOB

This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic end-to-end service architecture, including both standard and non-standard designs related to network security infrastructure (URG, HLD, LLD, ATP, and WI) for Connectivity and ICT services at TMOne. The position ensures that projects meet contractual agreements with customers, adhere to timelines, achieve profitability targets, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will foster a cohesive environment across various functions to ensure smooth operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leveraging synergies among different teams in TM ONE involved in the delivery value chain (e.g., Product Development, Solution Consultants, Business Development and Solution, PM, SDs, Order Processing, Product, Remote and Field Delivery teams, Assurance teams etc.)
2. Optimizing the customer network infrastructure design and architecture design of continuously delivering exceptional customer service experience through timely, reliable, cost effective and digitization of service fulfilment models, via constructive collaboration with partners such as the hundreds division across TM Group for network architecture design, built up and installation, across TM Group and other non TM partners like CISCO, Juniper, Huawei, ZTE, Fortinet, Sangfor and other technology partner in industry.
3. Dynamically react to fast-changing market needs by developing a pool of trained resources that can work closely with customers and partners to provide quick feedback in understanding the anticipated market trends
4. Oversee the whole technical design requirement and the lead architect with the objective of able to enhance differentiation in TM Value and eliminate wastage and improve cost efficiency and thus providing a lean organization equipped with the right technology and related competency, which is the required advantage to be competitive in the market.
5. Collaborate with the technical team in developing and implementing LLD for the final design and pilot deployment of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives in new technology via a comprehensive change from connectivity service fulfilment for TM ONE
6. Accountable for establishing unique service models to provide services to customers
7. Lead technical team to consult, strategies, design, build, plan and deploy any kind of network and service solution related to Network Security & Services.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Electric & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Science Engineering and IT & Computer Science.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNP, CCNA Security, ISC2, CompTIA Security, GSEC, GDSA).

• 5 years of experiences in similar capacity
• Experience in IP Protocol such as OSPF, ISIS, BGP and all other IP Network related standards
• Network Security solution not limited to Firewall, IPS and WAF
• Good knowledge on VMWare
• Specialist knowledge in one security area (Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, Cyber Defense, Application Security, Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention, Managed Security Services)
