Job Responsibility
- Respond to customer bookings, enquiries and price request via call, text and email.
- To troubleshoot operation issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, record detailed information of inquiries, complaints or comments, and be able to analyse different situations of customers and solve problems in a targeted manner.
- Work well with sales and operations team.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
- Willing to work on shift including weekend and public holiday.
