We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing online content, and enhancing our brand's online presence. This role will involve a combination of e-commerce management, marketing execution, customer engagement, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Plan and create content to increase follower engagement and brand awareness according to marketing KPI.

• Assist with copywriting for social media contents including visual text and captions.

• Schedule and post online content according to content schedule.

• Communicate with graphic designers to ensure contents are in line with marketing message.

• Communicate with brand agency to ensure support in content creation.

• Reply to incoming messages or comments accordingly to brand tonality and professionalism.

Marketing Campaign Execution:

• Plan and create content to increase follower engagement and brand awareness.

• Schedule and post online content and announcements.

• Monitor pre, mid and post campaign performance and must be able to propose solutions if campaign objectives not met.

• Set up and manage online ads for outreach including Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Meta and more.

• Assist with copywriting for various marketing materials.

E-commerce Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Set up promotional mechanics and campaigns.

• Upload and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.

Performance Reporting:

• Monitor and update brand reports on digital marketing performance such as ad-hoc campaigns performance, social media content performance, digital ads performance and e-commerce sales performance.

• Track ad performance and budget allocations and must be able to derive insights and solutions.

• Prepare reports to analyse and optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree holder in a related field, with 1-2 years of experience

• Excellent English, written and oral.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics) preferred.

• Attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Effective communication skills.
