We’re looking for a Tele Sales Manager to manage and inspire a high-performing sales team that drives business growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Contact Centre Sales operations meet and exceed service level expectations, focusing on quality improvement and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- To drive the growth for Motor and Non-Motor business for direct channels
- Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve acquisition, growth, and retention targets
- Oversee Contact Centre operations, ensuring optimal service levels and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular quality checks, coaching, and performance monitoring to maintain high standards for the sales team
- Provide input for monthly reports, attend meetings, and contribute to project initiatives.
- Collaborate on strategic plans aimed at fostering company growth and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Contact Centre operations.
- 2-3years in lead role is preferable
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in a customer-centric sales environment.
