Safety Executive - Pasir Gudang (Ref: AV)

Preferred Qualifications: • Fresh Graduate Engineer: A bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, civil, electrical) is preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs. • Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and potential risks. • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. • Provide safety training and education to employees at all levels. • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. • Maintain accurate safety records and documentation. Required Skills and Experience: • Strong understanding of safety principles, regulations, and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address safety hazards. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
