Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Boutique Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store experiences to customers, driving sales, and enhancing our online presence. Key Responsibilities:

1. In-Store Customer Service & Sales:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Provide personalized styling advice based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure a well-organized and visually appealing boutique environment.
  • Handle product inquiries, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
  • Manage POS system for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

2. Inventory & Merchandising:

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves.
  • Organize and maintain boutique displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute seasonal product launches and promotions.

3. Online Marketing & E-commerce:

  • Assist in managing the boutique’s online store, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to promote products and engage with the online community.
  • Develop and execute content strategies for social media, including photos, videos, and live sessions, to boost brand visibility and drive online sales.
  • Create engaging copy and visuals for email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.
  • Track online marketing efforts and analyze metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, web traffic) to measure success and improve future campaigns.

4. Client Relationship & Retention:

  • Maintain a customer database and help implement loyalty programs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly across both physical and online channels.
  • Support online orders, including order fulfillment, packaging, and coordinating shipments.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with the marketing team to develop online promotional strategies that align with in-store events and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth transitions between online sales and in-store stock.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail, customer service, or boutique sales (fashion industry experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, with a passion for styling and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and online marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
