We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations through rewards and benefits scopes. You'll collaborate closely with our HR Performance Management & Rewards team to execute initiatives, collect data, and assist with audits. This role offers hands-on involvement in ongoing and upcoming projects within our organization.

We are immediately fresh graduate to be our VTS Protégé for Human Resources - Rewards under Human Resources Division joining us as early in October 2024.

Job Responsibility:-

  • To support Performance Management & Rewards team and any initiatives/exercises assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
  • To assist on claims checking.
  • To assist medical & insurance invoices and related matters.
  • To assist on team's project and events.
  • To assist any initiatives/exercises assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
  • Work effectively as a team member with HR team and other internal/external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:-

  • Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in HR or Business Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in insurance and claims at least 3 months or more.
  • Proficient use in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Editing Tool (Canva etc).
  • Experience in any HR system would be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal, writing and communications skills.
  • Can work at our office located in Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Local graduates are encouraged to apply.
