Roles and Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
• Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with
purchased products/services
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and
services
• Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those
• Follow-up with clients for an annual maintenance contract
• Payment collections as per schedule
• Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPIs
Requirements:
• Min 4 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills in English, Malay and Chinese.
• Internship experience in relevant domain is added advantage
• Good relationship management and networking skills
• Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and also execute the
same
• Who enjoys working in a highly charged environment
• Well versed in MS Office- Excel/Word/PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player with leadership skills
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
