- To aggressively generate new sales and to achieve personal and company sales target.
- To maintain good knowledge of products and programs and do presentation and entertain our clients.
- Visit and service clients.
- Analyze needs, develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes or customer services.
- Assist customers with loss prevention meetings, claims issues and product training
- Follow up closely with client on payment.
- Ensure high quality of pre and post sales service.
- Provide advice that enables customers to solve a problem or improve business.
- Build strong profile with clients and accounts to maintain sales continuation.
- Anticipate customer needs, monitor trend in order to recommend changes.
- The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's degree or have completed a professional course.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales is required.
- Must have a strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Required skills include presentation abilities and a basic understanding of AI tools.
- Must be capable of multitasking and working independently.
- Should possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have a positive attitude toward work.
- Should be confident, have a pleasant personality, and maintain a responsible attitude.
- Must be a team player able to operate with minimal supervision.
- Must have exceptional customer service and social skills.
- This is a full-time position.
- Must have personal transportation.
- Must be able and willing to travel to remote locations when necessary.
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
