IT Executive (Retail)

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Provide first-level support for IT operations including IT Systems and equipment in the company outlets and office users, including PC/Laptop, Point Of Sales system, printer, CCTV, footfall analysis, and internet networking.
• Deliver quality response service daily and ensured that any issues are logged, prioritized and resolved within the agreed timeframe.
• Networking and System Troubleshooting needed
• Provide proactive technical support to prevent errors re-occurring.
• Follow up and keep everyone concerned about the progress of incidents/cases.
• To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge in ERP and POS system
• Familiar in Retail IT Operations is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast pace working environment.
• Dedicated and result oriented under a tight schedule.
• Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
• Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise.
• Capable to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
• It is preferable to possess personal transportation, specifically a car.
• Willing to work or remain on standby outside of regular office hours or during public holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.
• Willing to travel locally or overseas when required.
