  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibility
  • Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat Pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the companyâs services.
  • To exceed customerâs expectation in term of service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.
  • Assist on solving common technical problems.
  • Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.

Job Requirements
  • Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
  • Proficient in Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
  • Basic English is required for this role
  • Have no issue to work on 7am â 3am Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
  • Willing to commit on 5 days work per week and Public Holidays (Rotational 2 off days per week)
  • Able to start working on 16 October 2024
  • Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office

Job Benefits
  • Monthly Salary: RM3,100 Basic Salary + Night Shift allowance up to RM400Â + KPI allowance up to RM500
