Role Description

This role is based in Kuching and with 25% of requirement to travel for work purposes.

· Coordinate with clients, associates and consultants on design, submission and implementation of BIM

· Ensure drawings and plans are submitted on time

· Ensure all guidelines and government standards are observed

· Execute 2D to Solid 3D conversation

· In charge of construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using BIM software.

· Updating of 3D model in accordance with latest information to ensure accuracy of shop drawings.

· Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked

· Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.

· Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager

· Familiar with Revit Archi, Revit MEP, Navis for checking the drawing

· Helping to technically deliver CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination.

· Familiar with Synchro Pro Software and 4D BIM planning.

Qualifications

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture skills
  • Modeler and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) expertise
  • Experience in creating construction drawings
  • Proficiency in collaboration with architects and engineers
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of project management software is a plus
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
