  • Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company’s services.
  • To exceed customer’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a tea, to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
  • Act as phone support for food delivery app.
  • Provide customer support for problems and questions of the orders, delivery or payment.
  • Respond to customer questions or resolve problems related to their orders, delivery or payment.
  • Review and approve request for booking cancellations or refunds.
  • Applicants with SPM level qualification and above are welcome
  • Proficient in English and BM is required for this position (Read, Speak, Type)
  • Have no issue to work on 24 Hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
  • Willing to commit on 5.5 days work per week (2 Rotational off day)
  • Willing to work on weekend or/and public holidays based on shift arrangement.
  • Able to start working on 9 October / 16 October 2024
  • Have no issue to be fully work based at Nusajaya, Johor Bahru
  • Monthly Salary: RM1,900 Basic Salary + KPI allowance up to RM400 + Night Shift allowance up to RM300
