  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about boutique services to customers and create a positive image of the store.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure products are organized before and after boutique operating hours.
  • Convince customers to rent or purchase products.
  • Assist with Live Sales on social media platforms.
  • Handle customer complaints with care.
  • Oversee the product return process.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the boutique and its products.
  • Perform any additional duties as required.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or promotions is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of store operations and sales techniques.
  • Salary Range: RM 1,500 – RM 2,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)
