- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns professionally.
- Support the boutique manager in daily operations, including cash handling and reporting.
- Promote the brand through in-store activities, campaigns, and social media.
- Participate in store promotions, sales events, and product launches.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide information about boutique services to customers and create a positive image of the store.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure products are organized before and after boutique operating hours.
- Convince customers to rent or purchase products.
- Assist with Live Sales on social media platforms.
- Handle customer complaints with care.
- Oversee the product return process.
- Maintain cleanliness of the boutique and its products.
- Perform any additional duties as required.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or promotions is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of store operations and sales techniques.
- Salary Range: RM 1,500 – RM 2,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)
