Operation project specialist responsible for the management of workflow throughout all departments within a business. The purpose of this position is to optimize daily activities and performance of the business across the board

an operations specialist may progress to a supervisory, managerial or an analyst position but will often need a bachelor's degree to do so.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

1. To sourcing the raw material Spent Bleaching Earth to palm oil refineries at Sarawak

2. To check and evaluate SBE quality and specification either suitable or not for raw material

3. To coordinate & monitoring the movement of the SBE by land & sea from refineries to warehouse and Lahad Datu plant

4. To communicate and get the permission/contract from land owner/competence person/related department to transfer the SBE from Sarawak to Lahad Datu, Sabah.

5. To identify and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner

6. To support review and long-range business plan proposal based on currency and anticipated business needs

7. To monitor overall performance to ensure the company target and goal are being met

8. To help in requiting competent and hardworking works to carry out daily operations at the organization and put them through in discharging their duties

9. To prepare agenda for meetings, documents for key decision and collaborate with team for develop project and stimulate project growth

10. To write and disseminate work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals, progress reports and presentations

11. Participate as key player on other projects and represent business unit in multidivisional projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
