Internship - Operation Assistant (Nov/Dec Intake)

The Operations Assistant Intern will work closely with various teams within the startup, gaining exposure to different team and gaining valuable work experience.

• You should be willing to challenge when appropriate and drive activity within the business areas.

What you’ll be doing

• General operational support includes order fulfilment and delivery, liaising and coordinating with data vendors, data entry and updates, operation administrative tasks.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ request.
• Responsible for deploying and applying all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Perform and achieve the KPI as assigned
• Work independently and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

More about you

• Ongoing degree/completed degree in business administration is highly preferred
• Detail-oriented & with a good appreciation for operations & procedures
• Computer literacy, proficient with MS Excel and Word is added advantages
• Knowledge in accounting and finance is an advantages
• Energetic, ability to work both independently & collaboratively
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
