• The Head of Performance Management & Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems and reward strategies to align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• This role involves overseeing the development and execution of performance appraisal processes, compensation structures, incentive programs, and recognition schemes to drive employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
1. Performance Management:
• Develop and implement effective performance management systems and processes.
• Design performance appraisal frameworks and tools that align with the organization's strategic
goals.
• Oversee the annual performance review process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
• Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on performance management
practices.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Rewards and Compensation:
• Develop and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies.
• Design salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus schemes that are competitive and aligned
with industry standards.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
• Oversee the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews and
adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and
benefits.
3. Incentive Programs:
• Design and implement short-term and long-term incentive programs to drive performance
and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and make adjustments as needed.
• Communicate incentive plans and objectives clearly to employees and management.
4. Employee Recognition:
• Develop and manage employee recognition programs to reward outstanding performance and
contributions.
• Implement recognition initiatives that enhance employee engagement and morale.
• Coordinate with managers to identify and recognize top performers
QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Performance
Management and Rewards Management.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Performance Management systems and
Reward strategies.
