JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
  • Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must be organized and detailed oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiar with basic computer operation and file handling
  • Experience in forwarding departments, especially in the logistics field, are preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
