- Monitor collection of management fund (service charge, sinking fund, fire insurance, quit rent, legal charges and others). Ensure manual/printed receipt area in sequence. Ensure no manipulation of receipts. Should there be suspicion of any malpractice, you are to report to Operations Manager, MC/JMB or any parties deemed appropriate immediately for investigations. - Standard format for submission to accounts person – indicate receipt number, cash amount, cheque amount with banker's details & cheque number indicating unit number and owner's name and contact details at the back for reference. - Ensure individual filing of monthly service maintenance reports, quotations, contract agreements and other relevant documents. - Ensure all the files and documents are well and properly kept. - Keep track of certificates of licenses renewal for Suruhanjaya Tenaga, lifts, Bomba renewal certificate of fire extinguisher and others if necessary. - Update of information – change of house ownership, record of carpark lots, access card, and door access card (if available). - Monthly receipt & payment (income & expenditure) to be posted at notice board. - Distribution of quarterly billing statement. - Ensure the reservation form (to use the facilities available) is properly completed and duly signed. - Ensure there is no duplicate reservation at one same time. - Tend to the collection and refund of deposit based on the by-laws. - To assist in the inspection of the facilities after usage, to make sure they are in reasonable condition before the refund of deposit. - To assist in the activation and deactivation of access card, and keep proper recording of such action. - Attend to and execute any other assignments which may be instructed by the Building Supervisor or Operations Manager. - Age from 18 years old onwards. - Able to work in Jelutong Area.
