Job Description:

As an Admin Clerk at Express Audio Industry Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in supporting our administrative and HR functions. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in HR-related tasks, including employee records management, recruitment processes, and other HR administration.

Act as a document controller, ensuring accurate filing and retrieval of all company documents.

Prepare and issue relevant documents for suppliers and customers, such as Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and purchases.

Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.

Manage office supplies and coordinate with external vendors as needed.

Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.

Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and office events.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
