- Handle daily inbound & outbound calls, email and live chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the social media platform services
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate channel
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customer are satisfied
- Provide appropriate solutions or alternatives in the most effective/efficient manner to resolve customers issues
- Minimum possess at least SPM level (with 2 years Customer Service Experience)
- Fresh Graduates (Diploma or Degree) are welcome to apply
- Fluency in Traditional Mandarin (speak, read and type) is required for this position
- Average English communication skill is required
- Willing to commit at 24-hour rotational work shift
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
- Able to commit morning shift, noon shift, and night shift (9 hours work included 1 hour of break per shift)
- Preferable to start working on 7th October 2024
- Able to work in KL Sentral (fully on-site office)
- Average English communication skill is required
- Basic RM 3800 to RM 4100 + Fixed RM 500 Complexity Allowance + Night Shift Allowance + KPI Incentive
