Responsible to assist guests with luggage, collecting and distributing post or packages, and with general inquiries. 10. Promote safe work practices. 11. Responsible to maintain the integrity of the hotel. 12. Responsible for compliance with Company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. 13. Responsible to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. 14. Interact professionally with other employees, business associates, and guests. 15. Effectively communicate while ensuring and maintaining effective and positive working relationships with other colleagues. 16. Be professional and ensure personal grooming and appearance and good personal hygiene. 17. Consults with superiors on daily requirements, for all events and functions and last-minute requests by guests. 18. All other tasks and responsibilities as required and directed by superiors or the Management.
