Below are the requirements for Conveyancing Lawyer cum Legal Operation Manager

  • Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and a member of the Malaysian Bar
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge about conveyancing procedures
  • Meticulous, positive, and diligent
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great negotiation skills and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working independently, collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Here are the responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Monitor and complete the sub-sale transaction from beginning until the completion of the process
  • Handle sub-sales, developer project, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, loan documentations and other conveyancing matters.
  • Familiar with all banks requirement in loan execution, advises and their SOP for project and sub-sale transaction
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure optimal client experiences
  • Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm
