- To handle basic general administrative duties.
- To file all payments vouchers, statements, invoices, debit notes and credit notes in their respective file after payment.
- To key in invoices, debit notes, credit notes, transfer note.
- To type general correspondence.
- To prepare monthly casual wages and petty cash claim.
- Assist with implementation & maintenance of QM documentation.
- Perform other related or ad hoc duties as required.
- A final year student or recent graduate.
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Cope well under pressure.
