Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account & Finance Executive with more than 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Possession of an ACCA professional certificate will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Receivables: o Verify, post (AutoCount) and record (clients tracker) customer payments and transactions. o Generate and issue invoices based on company practices, collaborating with the Dossier team for approval and site packs compilation. o Submit invoices, site packs, and related documents to clients via email and Client Portal. o Issue monthly Statements of Account (SOA) for reconciliation with clients' Accounts Payable (AP). 2. Reconciliations & Reporting: o Assist the Finance Manager in reconciling sales accounts for monthly Budget Review Meetings. o Research and resolve discrepancies or irregularities in the sales account. o Maintain proper filing and retrieval of documents related to account receivables. 3. Client & Bank Liaison: o Communicate with clients and banks on financial matters and resolve any issues. o Manage bank guarantees and remittances. 4. Staff Claims & Payments: o Review, key-in, and manage staff claims and deductions. o Prepare and submit the autopay file for staff claim bulk payments. 5. Other Financial Management: o Handle financial-related tasks o Manage account transactions, including Accounts Receivables and Payables Competency Criteria: 1. Proactive and positive attitude, with a flexible approach to work. 2. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively. 3. Capable of working under pressure with a positive mindset. 4. Resourceful and creative problem-solving abilities. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. 6. Open to change and embracing new ideas. 7. Familiarity with labor laws and financial regulations. 8. Strong computer skills, particularly in finance-related software and tools. Qualifications: 1. Degree in Accounting or Finance. 2. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the finance field. 3. ACCA professional certification is a bonus. 4. Well-versed in local employment laws and regulations, with an understanding of labor market trends and best practices.
