Product Executive

Responsibilities: • Achieve Gross Profit (GP) target as set by the Management. • Forecast Planning, develop, implement, review business plans and strategies to sustain growth and profit for product(s) as assigned. • Thorough product knowledge, familiar with related brand and products as well. Arrange, conduct or coordinate product training to relevant sales team on regular basis. • Pricing and promotion strategy and planning by identifying the market for newer trends, monitoring pricing policies, competitive landscape and grow opportunities with all channel to generate revenue. • Constantly review inventory level to cate for product availability and eliminates slow moving products. • Establish the target customer groups and maintain productive, professional relationships with channel partners to maximize sales, ensure business success and long-term sustainability. • Financial planning - constantly communicate, check and review action plans with the respective departments to ensure all are on track to meet company financial goals. Also study optimal margin, constantly locate or propose potential business deals by prospecting potential partners; discovering and exploring new and profitable business opportunities • Logistic planning – liaise closely with the relevant departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and company timeline. • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as and when needed. • Daily, weekly and monthly reports submission • Perform any ad hoc assignments as and when required by Management. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Public relations, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent. • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Possess IT product knowledge. • Organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills. • High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills. • Positive attitude, self-motivated • Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh and travel outstation.
