  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs

1) Assist to attend the service tickets

  • Assist in responding to superior maintenance requests.
  • Assist in solving issues related hands on work

2) Assist to diagnose, troubleshooting and critical thinking in solving issues

  • Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting M&E systems, equipment, and civil work issues.
  • Help with routine maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Support outlet staff by addressing technical issues.

Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above

  • Help inspect systems to identify potential problems early
  • Assist in preparing tools, materials, and equipment for tasks
  • Monitor emergency situations and report to senior technicians.
  • Maintain and organize service logs and reports.
