What’s your job like?

  • Own the effectiveness, optimization and growth of online sales channels/ Marketplaces e.g. Lazada, Shopee, PG Mall and etc to drive revenue generation and profitability.
  • Ensure that the product/range/trading strategies are supported by the marketing strategy for all Marketplaces selling platforms - including SEO, PPC, Affiliates, retargeting and digital advertising
  • Monitor and optimize our product listings to ensure groupings are correct, enhance product tiles, correct item categorization, images are up to date and pricing is correct and competitive with other brands and other sellers.
  • Provide recommendations related to competitive product offers, pricing, content and consumer engagement.
  • Review customer feedback and product reviews to help answer customer questions, relay feedback to customer support and product development.
  • Develop and post A+ page content for key products and brands.
  • Develop promotions, sales campaigns, online coupons and other offers to drive profitable sales.
  • Oversee online inventory to ensure items are available and replenished at third party warehouses, if required to meet sales forecasts
  • Deliver monthly reporting on sales summary, history, key insights and promotional spending to make recommendations for ad campaign changes and future promotions and drive business KPI’s.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years of ecommerce experience with proven track-record, preferably in consumer electronics brands
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Digital Marketing or Ecommerce or Business relevant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Digital savvy with knowledge of ecommerce business models, operations and technology.
  • Experience with current ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shoppe and PG Mall) and proficient with the latest marketing, advertising and analysis tools (Google universal analytics skills, Facebook Business & etc).
  • Knowledge of sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience in CRM tool development & deployment
  • Experience in website development project.
  • Experience in U/X Testing and multi-variant testing.
