  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The incumbent will be in Shared Services Team working together with both our Singapore and Malaysia staff on day-to-day basis. We are looking for incumbent who is motivated, self-driven and possess positive work and learning attitude.

Job Responsibilities

  • Report to Chief Finance Officer and supervise a team of Finance staff.
  • Review and monitor financial performance against budget.
  • Prepare and Review Management reports and budgets and provide financial analysis to Management/Board.
  • Review of quarterly GST Returns and annual tax filing.
  • Prepare annual audited financial statements.
  • Oversee the training and development of the Finance team to ensure each staff is able to perform the tasks at an optimal level.
  • Liaise with external auditors for yearly audit and issuance of financial statements; bankers and tax consultants when required.
  • Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs for time to time.
  • Liaise with Singapore HQ on HR and Payroll matters.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
  • Minimum 6 years' relevant work experience and at least 2 years in managerial position.
  • A member of MIA.
  • Experience in Oracle Netsuite system is a plus.
  • Team player with strong communication and supervisory skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and resourceful.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details and able to work independently.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
