As a Performance-Based Digital Campaign Specialist, you will be instrumental in creating and executing high-impact digital campaigns for clients across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the team to strategically build, manage, and optimize digital campaigns on major platforms, including Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Oversee multiple campaigns for assigned clients across various industries, ensuring timely execution of agreed deliverables.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven optimizations and recommendations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop quantitative and qualitative reports on a weekly, monthly, and campaign basis to evaluate results and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Client Servicing: Act as the Performance Marketing consultant for your clients, managing timelines and deliverables, and advising on the best strategies for each campaign and content.

Success Metrics:

  • In 3 Months:
    • Execute digital campaigns with minimal supervision.
    • Gain an understanding of the roles and features of various digital platforms.
  • In 6 Months:
    • Develop a point of view on executing effective campaigns and choosing the right platforms based on campaign objectives.
    • Work independently and as part of a team, contributing to campaign strategy development.
  • In 12 Months:
    • Engage in fruitful and objective-based discussions with clients about leveraging digital platforms.
    • Set clear goals and KPIs for all proposed campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Creativity and teamwork skills.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Positive work attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
