Key Responsibilities:
Digital and Social Media Management:
- Plan and execute all digital activities including website, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.).
- Manage KOL \ Influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Oversee the social media calendar and content strategy.
Budget and Performance Tracking:
- Manage the overall digital budget and track performance against spend.
- Use analytics to evaluate the success and identify trends of digital campaigns.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with the digital team to achieve brand objectives such as sales, brand awareness, lead generation, and store traffic.
- Identify new trends, partnerships, and innovative tools for measuring digital campaigns.
- Evaluate market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, advertising, and public relations within beauty \ health Industry.
- Good understanding of the eCommerce trade environment, shoppers and consumers. (Experience in the Beauty & Personal Care category is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work cooperatively with different functions and departments such as Digital Team, Stocks Management and Live Host
- Proficiency in English and BM is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
